Please note that completing the form does not guarantee your order, but it is a simplified way for me to gather all necessary info about your cookie needs! Please be sure to provide as much detail as possible about your order so that I can quickly provide you an accurate quote.

Once your form is submitted, I will send you a quote via the e-mail address provided. All orders submitted are subject to availability. I will respond to your request within 72 hours. If I do have availability, I will send an invoice to your email.
 
Payment in full is due at the time of booking to ensure a spot on my calendar. Due to the custom nature of my cookies, no refunds/returns/ or exchanges are allowed. If you cancel your order within 10 days of your scheduled pick up, all funds will be forfeited to Amanda’s Cookie Jar. Under certain circumstances, funds can be used toward a future order. If I have to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

I typically require 2 weeks notice for ordering to ensure I have all cookie cutters and supplies needed to fulfill an order. There are times I am able to take a last minute request. For last minute orders (less than 2 weeks time), a 20% rush fee will be applied to your total.
